The boys are back on the road for their last game before the Christmas break. This time they'll be traveling to MSG to take on the Rangers.
Puck drop at 7:00 p.m. EST, Madison Square Garden in New York
TV: MSG, A-Channel Ottawa

Team Record
Ottawa: 22-8-4, First in the Northeast
New York: 17-14-4, Second in the Atlantic
Starting Goaltenders
Ottawa: Martin Gerber - Career vs. NYR: 8GP 6-2-0, 1.92 GAA, .947SV%
New York: Henrik Lundqvist - Career vs. OTT: 11GP, 3-7-0, 2.47 GAA, .919SV%
Any Bad-Blood?
Well, Chris Neil and Sean Avery don't like one another very much, but Avery is out with an injury anyways. However, their last performance against the Rangers did cause me to go insane and my only comfort was expressing myself through the tried and true sock puppet medium. Let's hope the boys can turn out a better performance tonight.
Injuries of Note: Patrick Eaves and Anton Volchenkov are still out for the Senators. For the Rangers, Marek Malik and Marian Hossa were previously out with the flu but could be back tonight. Sean Avery is still out with a wrist injury.
Fun New York Tidbit: New York ranks 46th among the 50 states in the amount of greenhouse gases generated per person. This efficiency is primarily due to the state's relatively higher rate of mass transit use. -- Wikipedia
Guaranteed to Get Stuck In Your Head: This is another no-brainer, "NYC" by Interpol:
Behind Enemy Lines:
Blueshirt Bulletin
Battle of New York
Hitting Back
The Hockey Rabbi
Ranger Pundit
