I apologize for my relative silence on the blog lately. For somebody who doesn't really have anything to do, I've been actually quite busy. This is just a warning that the blog will probably not be updated very much over the next little while as I get some things sorted out and given the relative silence around the Senators camp lately, there will probably not be much in way of news updates.
However, I have added a new Philadelphia Flyers blog to the blog roll called Orange Crush Blog. I'll be cheering on the Flyers from now on, although it looks like I'll be set for more disappointment. It feels wrong cheering for Philly, but I'm doing it out of necessity. I'm still bitter about Pittsburgh and I don't even want to talk about the two evils battling it out in the West. Since I'm updating the blog roll, you guys can drop me a comment or e-mail if you would like to be added.
In the meantime, I thank you for your patience and let's hope that I can devote more time and attention the blog soon. This year has not been good in the way of hockey for us in Senators Nation, but it can only mean that it's all up-hill from here, right?

Sherry I know what you are going through, but I can't turn my back on my hatred for the Flyers. No matter how bitter I am at the sweep against us.
I'm cheering for the Pens as well. I simply cannot stomach the idea that Steve Downie might actually lift the Cup in victory. blech! blech! blech!
I will be getting my live, playoff hockey fix in Kitchener at the Memorial Cup starting on Friday. My Ottawa 67s didn't make it but the Gatineau Olympiques (just across the river) did so I'll be cheering for them.
