Hockey Haiku: Your Off-season Distraction

Starving for hockey news during the hockey off-season? Well, this certainly isn't the place to find it but I do have a plan of how to make the time go by faster: ""Hockey Haiku: The Essential Colection" by John Poch and Chad Davidson. My friend Laine was so kind to buy it for me knowing how much I would love the sheer ridiculousness of it and I thought it would be my duty to share some of them with you. When I run out of Haikus from the book, I suppose we'll just have to make our own.

We didn't make the
play-offs. Indeed, April is
the cruelest month.

I love that book (http://dcsportschick.blogspot.com/2006/12/sheer-poetry-of-hockey.html). I lost it when we moved, so it's nice to see the haikus again.
